Do I need to use one of your totes for my laundry?
All laundry must be placed into one of our provided totes that you receive upon signing up. There is a fee for these as the totes remain yours to keep.
How is my laundry handled—do you wash each customer’s items separately?
All laundry is washed by individual tote.
Can I separate my laundry into different loads?
Yes, you can do this at request for an additional fee.
How do you label and track my laundry to make sure it’s returned to the right person?
A notecard will be placed in a plastic sleeve along with your name, address and phone number to ensure proper delivery.
What areas do you serve?
We offer free delivery to residents of Steubenville and Wintersville. Additional fees may apply for delivery to surrounding areas.
